Every have an off day??? Well for me today was that day.
It all started when my phone decided to have a small heart attack, not skipping alarms or just missing calls or anything that blase. Noooo, my phone just decided it wanted to be an hour behind the actual time; a weird thing to do for a digitally updated device. However, this left me scrambled and late for all my prescheduled daily activities.
Meals only added to my pitfalls of the day; oh the life of a poor college student. To state the obvious I overslept through breakfast (no thanks to my phone) and had to skip lunch to catch up on the agenda I had missed that morning. My schedule, normally a manageable level of chaotic; was now turned into a whirlwind of trying to fit puzzle pieces from two or three different puzzles together...lets just say it doesn't go over very well.
What I thought would be the bright line to my rain cloud of a day was dinner.........
BOY HOW I WAS WRONG!
I don't know when it became a common practice to serve baked potatoes with all the toppings as a meal.
Here fill your self on some bacon bits.....
that wasn't enough have some sour cream....
still hungry eat some chives to top yourself off....
NO! Lets just get something straight. Baked potatoes with all the topping are wonderful but in no way shape or form are they a meal, they are a side dish. So, I ate a bowl of cereal instead.
Still, feeling quite unsatisfied from my "meal" I decided to splurge and head out to my favorite local hide away. Valerio's Mexican food...where burritos the size of your head only cost you $4. Thankfully for this place I didn't have to completely starve tonight. To bad that burrito will not be around to see tomorrow night...guess I'll just have to find something else edible to eat...Top Ramen usually does the trick. ;)
